Vanilla rooibos Martini mocktail

Recipe made with Rooibos Vanille - Vanilla’s sweet flavors are combined with the gently honeyed and smooth liquor of rooibos in a medium-sweet, full-bodied tea.

Vanilla rooibos Martini Mocktail

Ingredients (for 1 mocktail)

■ ROOIBOS VANILLE 4 sachets ou 8g

■ Passion fruit nectar 3 cl

■ Apple juice 3 cl

■ Alcohol-free sparkling wine 1 shot

■ Water 100 ml

■ Sugar 100g

■ Squeezed lime juice 2 cl

■ Passion fruit ½

Preparation

In a pot, bring the water and sugar to the boil for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the mixture has become syrupy, remove from the heat and add 4 sachets of Vanilla Rooibos. Leave to infuse for 30-45 minutes, then remove the Rooibos sachets. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add passion fruit nectar, apple juice, squeezed lime juice and 3cl Vanilla Rooibos syrup. Shake for ten seconds, then pour gently into a martini glass, straining out the ice cubes. Garnish with half a passion fruit, and serve the mocktail with a shot of non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
