SPARKLING RED FRUIT MOCKTAIL
Recipe made with quatre fruits rouges Black Tea – A blend of black teas with a delicious flavour of red fruit: notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant.
Ingredients (for 1 litre)
■QUATRE FRUITS ROUGES Black Tea - 4 grams or 2 sachets
■ Sparkling water - 700 ml
■ Cane syrup - 100 ml
■ Orange blossom -1 tsp
■ Fresh raspberries
■ Sprig of rosemary (or mint leaf)
Preparation
- Cold brew 4 grams of QUATRE FRUITS ROUGES Black Tea (or 2 Cristal® tea bags) in sparkling water for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- Crush the raspberries (keep a few for garnishing). Add the cane syrup and orange blossom.
- In a shaker, mix the tea, raspberry puree and ice cubes. Strain the mixture and serve in tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with raspberries and a sprig of rosemary.
