Non-alcoholic cocktail VERANO by Margot Lecarpentier, mixologist
Recipe made with JASMIN iced tea - Produced from top-quality green tea, blended with fresh jasmine flowers until the floral fragrance permeates the tea.
Ingrédients (for 1 mocktail)
■ JASMIN ICED TEA 20ml
■ Grapefruit juice 20 ml
■ Alcohol-free white wine 20ml
■ Alcohol-free bitters 10 ml
■ Beer syrup 10 ml
■ Lemon juice 10 ml
■ Red wine vinegar infused with jasmine iced tea 5 ml
■ Geranium hydrosol 5 ml
Preparation
- Infuse one sachet of jasmine iced tea in 1L of water (3 to 4 minutes at 80°C)
- Pour all the ingredients into an empty glass.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Stir with a mixing spoon.
- Garnish if you want with a slice of cucumber, a zest of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
