The young leaves used to manufacture this batch give it a refreshing cup and some sweetness to the tea. Subtle astringency with a fresh blossom finish. To be enjoyed without moderation.

Harvest : Fine (1 or 2 leaves and a bud), by hand.
Garden details : The high altitude allows the tea bushes, in winter, to develop authentic and unique flavors.
Fun fact : Bushes planted by the British 135 years ago on one of the highest tea estates in Darjeeling.
Producer : 540 kg of fresh leaves generated this 108 kg batch.
Date of harvest : 8th of April.
Tea expert comments : Made from leaves harvested from Old China and China Hybrid bushes and AV2
cultivar.

Attack : Flowery, mellow and vegetal.
Middle notes : Refreshing lively and mellow spring flavour.
