Tea-based cocktail ideas
DAMMANN Frères iced tea is easy to make, refreshing and extremely thirst-quenching. Brewed hot, then cooled with ice, these mixes are subtle, fragrant and delicious, and can be served simply with ice cubes or in elegant cocktails.
Peach Iced Tea Flavoured Water with Cherry, Banana and Vanilla,
■ 1 handful of cherries
■ 1 vanilla pod
■ 1/2 banana
■ 1L spring water
■ 1 sachet of Peach Iced Tea
Preparation,
1- Infuse a sachet of DAMMANN Frères Peach Iced Tea for 3-4 minutes in 1 litre of water heated to 176-194°F.
2- Leave to cool and pour into a jug filled with ice. Destone and halve the cherries, then add to the iced tea, along with the vanilla pod cut lengthways and the sliced banana.
3- Leave to infuse in the fridge for 8 hours.
4- Serve chilled and enjoy the same day.
Mint Green Tea Flavoured Water with Cucumber, Strawberry and Melon,
■ 5 very ripe melon balls
■ 1/2 cucumber
■ 6 Gariguette strawberries
■ 1L spring water
■ 6g Mint Green Tea
Preparation,
1- Infuse the DAMMANN Frères Mint Green Tea for 3-4 minutes in 1 litre of water heated to 194°F.
2- Leave to cool, then pour into a jug filled with ice and add the hollowed-out melon balls, cubed cucumber and quartered strawberries.
3- Leave to infuse in the fridge for 8 hours.
4- Serve chilled and enjoy the same day.
