Cooled, the blends reveal all their subtle, and tasty notes… Refreshing and thirst-quenching, iced tea makes delicious play with combinations and associations
Bali Iced Tea
In 1L of spring water,
1- Infuse a sachet of Dammann Frères Bali Iced Tea at 194°F for 3-4 minutes, then cool over ice.
2- Pour the iced tea mixture into a pitcher with two thinly sliced lemons and two thinly sliced limes.
3- Add a bunch of crushed fresh mint.
4- Top with ½ litre of sparkling water or lemonade and serve.
Samba Iced Infusion
In 1.5L of spring water,
1- Infuse 10g Dammann Frères Samba Infusion and two vanilla pods, then add ice to cool.
2- Pour the iced tea infusion into a large glass pitcher.
3- Add a cubed pineapple.
4- Sweeten to taste with cane sugar. Mix and leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Jardin Bleu Iced Tea
In 1.5L of spring water,
1- Infuse a sachet of Dammann Frères Jardin Bleu Iced Tea at 194°F for 4-5 minutes, then cool over ice.
2- Pour the iced tea mixture into a pitcher with two thinly sliced lemons and two thinly sliced limes.
3- Add a bunch of fresh basil.
4- Add 200g of fresh strawberries.
5- Leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
