Pumpkin Spice Latte

Recipe made with SPICY CURCUMA - Turmeric, ginger and cinnamon delivers a liquor that is both sweet and subtly peppery.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingrédients (for 2 mocktails)

■ TURMERIC – SPICY CURCUMA 30 grams

■ Hot black coffee 240 ml

■ Milk (preferred variety) 240 ml

■ Pumpkin puree 60 g

■ Honey 1 tsp

■ Coconut milk 2 tsp

■ Cinnamon powder 1 pinch

■ Whipped cream

Preparation

- Heat the milk with the TURMERIC – SPICY CURCUMA in a small saucepan until it comes to the boil. Meanwhile, mix the pumpkin puree, honey and coconut milk in a bowl. Pour in the

coffee and stir until smooth.

- Add the hot milk to the pumpkin mixture and blend again. Strain the mixture to avoid any residual puree.

- Serve in mugs, add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Now all you have to do is enjoy!
