If you suspect that your customer account has been stolen, please contact our Customer Service department.

 

We offer two online payment methods, (i) by bank card and (ii) by Paypal.

 

We do not have access to your credit card details. All bank transactions are secured through the use of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transmission over the network.

 

8.     How long are your data stored?

 

Customer file: customers’ Personal Data are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship. They may be kept for up to 3 years from the last purchase or the last contact with DAMMANN Frères (active customer).

 

Prospects file: Prospects' Personal Data are kept for 3 years from the date of collection by DAMMANN Frères or from the last contact by the prospect if no purchase has been made.

 

After this 3-year period, Personal Data are deleted.

 

We may, however, be obliged to keep some personal data for longer because of various factors, such as:

The legal obligation to retain data for a specified period in accordance with applicable legislation;

The limitation and foreclosure periods under applicable law;

(Potential) litigation; and

Directives issued by the competent data protection authorities.
