Cocktail GRAN TORINO by Margot Lecarpentier, mixologist
Recipe made with PÊCHE iced tea - a delicious and appealing invitation to the heart of the orchard, with all the delicacy of the peach blossom and the velvety sweetness of a succulent summer fruit, on a green tea base.
Ingredients (for 1 cocktail)
■ PÊCHE ICED TEA 30ml
■ Pisco 30 ml
■ Gran classico bitters 15 ml
■ Grape verjuice 15 ml
■ Dandelion bitter 1 dash
■ Umeshu 10 ml
Preparation
Brew a peach iced tea bag in 1 liter of water (3 minutes at 80°C). Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes. Give the mixture three turns with a spoon. Garnish if you want with a slice of dehydrated mango.
