Cocktail ARTEMIS by Remy Savage Mixologist
Recipe made with JASMIN iced tea - Produced from top-quality green tea, blended with fresh jasmine flowers until the floral fragrance permeates the tea.
Ingredients (for 2 cocktails)
■ JASMIN CHUNG HAO Iced Tea 6 grams or 1 sachet
■ Water 160 ml
■ Coconut water 60 g
■ Coconut Jasmine Vanilla Syrup 40 ml
■ White sugar 60 g
■ Vanilla bean ½
■ Verjuice 50 ml
■ Saké (optional) 70 ml
■ Lime zest
Preparation
- Prepare the Coconut Jasmine Vanilla syrup beforehand. Leave the coconut water, sugar and JASMIN CHUNG HAO Iced Tea to brew cold for 1 hour. Then add the vanilla bean and blend for 10 minutes. Filter through a coffee filter and store in a sealed bottle.
- Combine the Coconut Jasmine Vanilla syrup, verjuice and water and sparkle with a sparkling water machine (if you don’t have one, replace the spring water with sparkling water). Pour into
a tumbler over ice and add the lime zest.
